i. — Check-in Time

Check-in Time

Please check in between 30 and 10 minutes before the departure time printed on your ticket. The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.

⚠ The time on your ticket is the departure time, not the check-in time.
* Check-in gets crowded near closing — please arrive with time to spare.
* If you miss the check-in window, you may not be able to experience the full work.

ii. — Meeting Point

Meeting Point

Check-in takes place near the East Exit of Shimokitazawa Station (outside the ticket gates). The experience ends near Setagaya-Daita Station.

* Note that the start and end points are different stations.
* Plan your belongings with the end point in mind.

iii. — What to Bring

* If your earphones have noise cancelling, please turn it off — the sounds of the town are part of the work.
* No smartphones, earphones or chargers are available to borrow.
* No Wi-Fi is provided. Please bring a phone with mobile data.

iv. — What to Wear

Bags & What to Wear

Keep your bags minimal — a small crossbody bag is ideal. Please store larger luggage in coin lockers at the station beforehand (there is no cloakroom).

You will walk through Shimokitazawa, including stairs. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

* There is no restroom break during the experience — please go beforehand.
* Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

v. — Restrictions

Who Cannot Participate

For safety reasons, we are unable to welcome the following:

Preschool-age children
Those with visual or hearing concerns
Those with walking difficulties or wheelchair users (the route includes stairs and slopes)

* Please note that we cannot take responsibility for accidents or trouble occurring while walking (except equipment issues).

Other Notes

The performance is held rain or shine. It may be cancelled in severe weather such as typhoons — announcements will be made on this site and our SNS.

* Reselling tickets without the organizer's consent is strictly prohibited.
* Performance details, casts and schedules may change. Refunds and date changes are not available in such cases.
* Photography and filming may take place for archive and publicity. You may appear in these materials, which may be used in our promotions. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our staff in advance.
